We will be having our next play date on Sunday June 2 at the off leash dog park Vennor Drive, Ormeau at 10:30am. This park is fully fenced and has lots of shade trees. Come along and enjoy the sight of a bunch of Basenjis romping and running free, it is a wonderful experience for dogs and people. We all bring along a little something for lunch to share and have a good gossip about our favourite subject, the Basenji.

How do I join this group?!
I put in a join request last week.
On Sunday night, after not getting a response,
I sent a message to Taz Benson, got no
response, sent another message yesterday,
still no response. It says new members are always
welcome?
Hi Chris, do you own a Basenji? I’m sorry I missed your friend request, can you give me some more information about yourself and your dog/s. At the moment it is breeding season and we have suspended playgroup as even desexed dogs have a season and it is risky to put dogs who don’t know each other well together, but we will start up again soon, the weather will be cooler too.
